Curt was awesome to deal with….. Whether you are purchasing new, turnkey or fixer upper, with Curt’s prior building experience and real estate knowledge, the process wasn’t nearly as intimidating as I thought it would be. If you are buying new build, do you know what size air conditioning unit should be in a 3000 sf home? If you are buying used/fixer upper, do you know where to look both inside and outside for foundation damage? When you find your dream home, do you know what requests are reasonable and what could be a deal killer? I didn’t know the answers to the above before the process started, but I do now.
